I am a licensed real estate broker and consultant. In order to set my clients up for success, I first need to understand their goals and objectives as they relate to real estate and wealth building. My approach is collaborative. Once I understand what they’re trying to accomplish, I work to chart a course that will achieve their goals and protect their interests throughout the entire process.
I’m good at what I do, and I’m an excellent negotiator. I always put my clients needs above my own: I am willing to advise my clients against a purchase or sale if it doesn’t align with their goals. I’m transparent, honest and ethical. This dedication to my clients has allowed me to become a trusted advisor and resource.
Prior to being a real estate professional, I was a software developer, technical consultant and business owner. Much of my time was spent developing software to support a real estate department at a major university.
